The land is the raw material. Not the recipe.

The ingredients come from these hills. What happens to them is his own invention.

Who cooks, who pours

Leonardo Fiorenzani

He builds signature dishes and picks the technique case by case, belonging to no school. JRE chef, Ambassador of Taste, one of Forbes 2025’s 30 Breakthrough Chefs, and a teacher at the CESCOT school in Siena. Before the kitchen, thirteen years throwing the javelin. The garden behind the dining room is his.

Michela Bigio

Professional sommelier, AIS diploma, wine tourism operator, trained as a bartender. She builds the list and the pairings: over two hundred and fifty labels from more than one hundred and seventy wineries, with Tuscany at the centre and spirits, craft beers and cocktails around it.

The restaurant has a cloister for an address

The dining room sits in an old barn at the foot of the medieval village of Torri, in the municipality of Sovicille, twenty-five minutes from Siena. Through the window you can glimpse the skyline of the city of the Palio, between vineyards and wheat fields.

On the same square stands the Romanesque cloister of the Abbey of the Holy Trinity and Saint Mustiola, from the 12th century: eleven arches on each side in white, pink and black-green marble, and no two columns alike. That is where the look of this site comes from.

In summer the dining room moves into the garden, where the private corners remain and the village is in view. Next to it is the vegetable garden.
