It is a fine dining restaurant where, starting from the raw ingredients of the land, you take a journey through flavours and scents to discover or rediscover, guided by chef Leonardo Fiorenzani and professional sommelier Michela Bigio.

The dining room
The indoor dining room welcomes you with works by established artists, which change in a continuous exhibition. The wine cabinet dominates the space with local, Italian and international labels. A reserved private corner allows you to dine in complete intimacy.

The garden and the vegetable plot
In summer the dining room moves out into the gardens, where the private corners take the stage. In complete seclusion you look out at the medieval village of Torri. Beside it lies the vegetable garden, where the chef personally grows the ingredients and the aromatic herbs for his dishes.
The cloister on the same square
The address is Piazza dell’Abate, and that is no accident: the same square is faced by the Romanesque cloister of the Abbey of the Holy Trinity and Saint Mustiola, from the 12th century. Eleven arches on each side in white, pink and black-green marble, and no two columns alike.
Eleven identical arches and not one column the same: it is the same thing that happens here every evening, with fifteen people at table.
