The dining room
La Sosta del Cavaliere is a restaurant and an art gallery: works by established artists change in a continuous exhibition, and cooking, art and hospitality belong to the same story.
Outdoors, and the vegetable garden
When the weather allows, there is dining outdoors too. The vegetable garden stayed in Torri: there the chef personally grows the ingredients and the aromatic herbs for his dishes.
The cloister of Torri
The design of this site comes from Torri: from the Romanesque cloister of the Abbey of the Holy Trinity and Saint Mustiola, from the 12th century, on the square of the old premises. Eleven arches on each side in white, pink and black-green marble, and no two columns alike.
Eleven identical arches and not one column the same: it is the same thing that happens here at every service, with fifteen people at table.
