The story of La Sosta del Cavaliere cannot be separated from the story of Leonardo and Michela together. They met at the end of 2013, and what began as a professional collaboration became a shared life project.
At the end of 2013 I met my partner Michela Bigio. Together we began to build not just a restaurant, but a complete experience that honours our land.

The decision of 2020
When the restaurant closed during Covid, many would have seen an ending.
We decided to pursue our dream.

From there began the complete renovation that turned the original osteria into the fine dining restaurant that exists today. It was not only a physical transformation.
