La Sosta del Cavaliere is on Via Rinaldini, on the Chiasso Largo, a few steps from Piazza del Campo. Outside as inside, the rule stays the same: few tables and one service at a time.
What makes it different
With fifteen guests per service, privacy is not an extra: it is the starting condition. The menu is the same as in the dining room — the three journeys and the à la carte — and the herbs still come from the chef’s vegetable garden in Torri.
